SALES COORDINATOR
Job Scope:
- Oversee administrative duties for the sales Department
- Support Sales Executives/Managers
- Keep track on product information updates, product pricing and dissemination of sales materials to sales team
- Order Management
- Assist with generating and coordinate sales leads
- Liaising with other departments in relations to sales matters
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales
- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Able to work independently or as a team player
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be committed; possess willing to learn attitude and ability to multitask

ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job Scope:
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle emails and enquiries.
- Perform Administrative Office Tasks & Operational Functions.
- Perform data-entry, recording, printing, and filing duties.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirement:
- Able to do multi-tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude
- Excellent Team player who is meticulous, efficient and pro-active
